Dave is a devoted follower of Jesus who uses his gifts and time to serve as the Founder and Executive Director of the Lionshare Leadership Group. For nearly three decades Dave has served as a leader, communicator and mentor. During that time he has spearheaded organizations and projects at local, national and international levels, spoken to thousands of people in hundreds of various settings, and has invested what he has learned about the ways of God in the lives of current and emerging leaders. Dave is also an author, leadership advisor, and participant on the Messenger Fellowship leadership team. His background includes seven years with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), receiving a Masters Degree from Regent University, teaming for a time with World Vision as their artist pastor, equipping and mobilizing international missions teams, and serving the local church in pastoral ministry for eighteen years.
Dave and his wife, Cheryl, reside in Franklin, Tennessee where they enjoy the company of their young adult children, Ryan and Malia. They also take great pleasure in being with each other, taking in a good meal and movie with great friends, walking in the beautiful hills of Tennessee in Autumn or strolling anytime on the beaches of Hawaii (where they met and were married), and some good football.
